"Euroeste in Bahia" in País Económico Magazine
Euroeste is once again highlighted in País Económico magazine, through an interview with the deputy governor of Bahia, João Leão that takes stock of the situation about the project of Saudável´s Farm.
Four months after giving an interview in Lisbon, Bahia´s deputy governor, João Leão, received País Económico magazine in his office and, among other things, referred again to the project of Saudável´s Farm.
João Leão recalled the visit of Pedro Garcia de Matos to Bahia, "in which was given the realization of the investment for the acquisition of Saudável´s Farm", noting that "the agro-industrial investment from Euroeste in Bahia is in full development" and providing to be "enthusiastic" because "the project is moving swiftly"
For the Bahia Vice Governor, the annual production of 100,000 pigs under the first phase of the project in Saudável´s Farm will increase the competitiveness of meat produced in Bahia: "This meat will be highly competitive in Europe, since the pigs in Europe are fed with feeds coming from the west of Bahia. By producing here, it keeps the quality and decreases production costs."
